for Catholic Social Thought 

The John A. Ryan Institute addresses the fragmentation of modern life by integrating Catholic social thought and management education and practice through four sets of activites:

Research:
Through conferences and publications, the Institute examines Catholic social thought and management theory and practice.

Curriculum Development:
The Institute develops courses and teaching materials to facilitate the integration of Catholic social thought and management education.

Faculty Development:
The Institute engages faculty with the Catholic intellectual tradition on which the University of St. Thomas stands.

Leadership Development:
The institute conducts and sponsors lectures and workshops on themes related to faith and work.
